Ink and Aesthetics are our specialty in the trendy area of Edmonton’s Brewery District. Our boutique Studio is fully licensed and Alberta Health Services approved. Under the Pretty In The City Umbrella, each specialists has years of experience and is multi-certified.
Jennifer Cloutier (Andrews)
Owner & Educator
Jennifer started in the beauty industry in 2003 & continued work in the industry while attending University for almost 8 years. After years of extensive work in mental health, support work & counselling she found herself back in the beauty/pmu and tattoo industry. From coaching cheerleading & facilitating parenting & prenatal classes to educating in the beauty industry, Jennifer's enthusiasm to guide others & provide the most thorough education and experience is priority and shown in the success of her students. Being able to mix both passions of the beauty world & helping others to feel their best come together in services provided at Pretty In The City.
Jennifer holds 2 degrees, a diploma and over 30+ certifications in the industry and has performed over 10,000 services as well as teaching over 200 students across western Canada.
Juliana Whittaker
Jules has been in the beauty industry since she was 15, as a red seal hairstylist! With her bubbly personality, coffee addiction and leopard print obsession, she fits in just perfect here at pretty in the city!
Admin by day, wife & mama by night and hairstylist/therapist on the weekends!
This beautiful and friendly lady helps keep PTC running smoothly. Her customer service and assistance is exceptional. We are so lucky to have her help us all!

Kayla is a wife and mama to 5 beautiful girls! She has been an artist nearly her whole life and has such love and passion for creating stunning artwork and turning it into a tattoo piece you can love forever! Kayla graduated from Alberta College of Body Art and is a Junior Artist! She has been tattooing for 3 years!
In Kayla's free time she loves spending time with her hubby of 16 years and her girls ages 13, 12, 6, 4 & 3! She also loves wood burning art, fishing and hiking!

Chasta has been a nail tech in the industry for over 15 years and is a Luxury Gel Nail educator!
She is absolutely obsessed with what she does and loves making her clients feel amazing!

Outside of work, Chasta is a puppy mom, girlfriend, and step mom. She is a true crime, horror movie junkie and loves being in the mountains camping!

Hey everyone! I’m Naiomy, owner of LonelyHours. I’ve always been artsy growing up which lead me to starting my makeup business at 18. I loved being apart of peoples big days and getting to be creative. In 2020, I discovered my passion for tattooing after taking a permanent makeup course. I really perfected my style and skills. Then found myself falling in love with fine-line tattoos and started LonelyHours in March 2021. Now, I’m excited to continue my journey in a new studio space alongside other very talented ladies. So welcome to LonelyHours, where loneliness fades and belonging begins.
Amanda Duffy

Amanda is extremely passionate about helping others feel beautiful in their own skin through PMU and Paramedical services. She began her journey into the world of permanent makeup in 2020 and gained certificates in microblading, combo brows, powder brows and various aesthetic services. She then went on to complete multiple certifications in Paramedical tattooing at Jody Stoski’s Paramedical Academy in 2023. Prior to becoming a cosmetic tattoo artist, she spent 15
years in the Dental Field as a registered dental assistant. Her knowledge from many years in the healthcare industry is an asset and has also fueled her desire to combine artistry with
medical tattooing to aid in the healing of clients’ insecurities.
She is a wife and momma to a sweet little girl named Amaya and a beautiful baby boy Luca as well as two cavalier king charles spaniels named Remy and Finn. In her spare time, she loves to travel, snowboard, and read.
